This is a support group founded on the principle that weight management can be achieved by using your mind to overcome the self-sabotaging part of you. This helps you to eliminate poor, unhealthy eating patterns and replace them with new, positive healthy patterns that helps you lose weight and keep it off.
We accomplish this goal through group education, discussion and Hypnosis.

- We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
